QISS is a very convenient, web-based tool you can use to notify us of a problem and an easy way
to monitor the steps being taken to support your systems.
With QISS you can access our Technical Service database and get 24 hour access to the exact status
of all your service requests anywhere in the world.
How QISS WorksThe service database is where Bright TechnologiesTechnical Service Group (TSG) stores the information
on all system support activities. QISS accesses the TSG database over the internet using a
secure website with a built-in security certificate to ensure privacy.
QISS is an internet application tool for customers to notify us when they need assistance.
To use QISS for a service request, you just go on-line and open a "ticket". The automatically generated
ticket number is then automatically emailed to the Technical Service Group.
You can access QISS also to monitor the progress on a specific ticket and even review old tickets as needed.
A ticket remains open in QISS until the issue is entirely solved. You can check in on the status of
your service ticket 24 hours a day, seven days a week. QISS is always there to inform you.
